Orders will be taken from Nov. 13, 2005 , with a dealine of Nov.19, 2005 at 12:00 noon Saturday. Your orders will be packaged in foil pans, and ready to warm-up prior to dinner.
Order Pickups; On Nov. 23, 2005, Wednesday, orders will be available for pick-up, in the parking lot of the Flint Farmer's Market, 420 E. Boulevard Flint, MI, Time; 11:00am to 1:00pm (only). Date and Time subject to change by Management.

Our meaty spare ribs are smoked, low and slow over a mixture of charcoal and hickory wood, for about 6 hours. Then basted with our barbecue sauce, for that Taste so Good
lip smacking flavor. One Slab has about 12 bones; feeding 4 to 6 adults.
Price: $17.00 per slab
Barbecue Beef Brisket; 
Beef Briskets season and smoked for a fine piece
of barbecue meat. Just heat-up, slice and serve
Price: $ 35.00 per whole piece of brisket
